Louis Construction <br />which coVered, imp~rovements to 32 lots (Wood Pond Hills subdivision). Contract documents were <br />prepared to solicit ian alternate bid for the development of 16 additional lots which would become <br />Wood Pond I~llS 2nd Addition. The developer has decided to proceed with this additional phase. <br />Mr. Schroede~ recbmmended authorizing award of alternate "F" in the amount of $42,365.50 to <br />proceed with &e Work. <br /> <br />Dickman KnUBon SVas present and stated he concurred with the development agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Co_t!neilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution <br />g92-08-184 a0tho.rizing the award of Alternate "F" of the bid proposal submitted by S.J. Louis <br />Construction On Jane 5, 1992 in the amount of $42,365.50 contingent upon the developer entering <br />into a Development Agreement for the assessment of the project cost. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. <br />Voting No: N0n¢i.
