SAUTER <br /> <br /> CASE #3 <br /> <br />& SONS PROPOSAL CONCRETE RECYCLING FACILITY By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of RamSey has received an application for a concrete recycling facility to be located at the <br />corner of C~unty Road #116 (Industry Avenue N.W.) and County Road #57 (Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard NiW.)~ The site is currently an undeveloped 35 acre parcel which is zoned Industrial. A <br />conditional ese permit is required for this proposed project because of the nature of the use. For <br />your informa!ion,!l have included the following documents: <br /> ~ A) Site location map <br /> B): Application materials for conditional use pein'fit <br /> ', (2), Site plan submitted with application <br /> <br />The surrounding[businesses such as ParaBody, Mate Punch and Die, CAPCO Industries and <br />Waltek, whic, h aremore along the lines of light manufacturing,, have spent considerable funds on <br />their facilitieS. The Economic Development Commission ma) wish to recommend denial of the <br />application a~ reCeived.
