PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, t992 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, regarding Improvement <br />Project #92-05 - Old County Road #5. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />CounciImember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frotik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the public hearing to order at 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated the estimated cost for this project is $2,690. There are very few <br />residents on County Road #5; however, six property owners have access onto the dirt road and <br />have to use County Road #5 to get back to their property; therefore, they are included in the <br />assessment which brings the total to 10 units at $134 per unit. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adjourn the public <br />heating. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Peterson and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
