Mayor James Gilbertson <br />I Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />~ Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />i Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />Also Present: City Adminislrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br /> City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />CALL TO ORD] :R <br />Mayor Gilbert,~on ¢ ~led the public hearing to order at 8:00 p.m. <br /> r <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Engineor ~an!~wski stated that the project cost is approximately $30,500 and with 129 units <br />to be assessed,!thc .~ost per unit it about $118. <br />CITIZEN Ir~pUT <br /> <br />Wendy Jarson~ 153,/'6 Okapi Street N.W., Ramsey - stated that the corner of 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />and Okapi str~t N~W. is very low and water is building up due to the ice and snow building up <br />because of no ~'~age. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowsk~, stat~..d he would check out Ms. Jarson's complaint. If the problem can be solved <br />with a minorahaoU~.t of work, the correction will be incorporated in the repair and patching work <br />done prior t° ~e SCalcoating. <br />Rick Koppola'~ 15401 Jackal Street N.W., Ramsey - inquired why street maintenance is not <br />budgeted for ~' the [City's general budget. <br />Councilmemb~ Pe~erson stated that a couple years ago, residents had to pay 100% of the cost of <br />the project and~o~ the City picks up 50%. <br />ADJOURN1V~ENT <br />MotiOnheating. by Co~n¢ilmembcr, :.
