SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City ~of Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, March 24, <br />1992 at tile Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />55303. ~ <br />Members ~res~nt: Mayor James Gilbertson <br />~ Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />· Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />~ Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Members IkbS~nt: Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />CALL X00i DE} <br />The sPeCi~ City Council meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. <br />APPROV]'ALi OF AGENDA <br />The consensus[was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INESS <br />Case #1:~ IPerformance Appraisal for City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />The CounCil Ciosed this portion of the meeting to hold a performance appraisal for City <br />Administr~itor Ryan Sehroeder. <br /> <br />Ryan SchtoedCr began employment with the City on June 3, 1991 in the position of City <br />Administrator In salary grade 8, with a current annual salary of $47,000. The employment <br />contract b6twe~n the City ofRamsey ha~l Mr. Schroeder expired on December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />The City C~ouncil met on March 11, 1992 and completed an appraisal and scheduled a <br />meeting Kith, Mr. Schroeder to discuss the appraisal, wages and benefits and further <br />recommcn~l~ ~ex~ ~hat City Attorney William Goodrich review the employment agreement prior <br />to the me~tin$. The City Council discussed the performance appraisal and revised <br />employment atgreement with Mr. Schroeder. <br />Mayor Gilbe~s~n opened the rest of the meeting to the public. <br />Motion byiCOtlncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to offer the <br />Employme~;nt A~eement to City Administrator Ryan Schroeder increasing his.ann, ual salary <br />~fSec4ngiCe6~nanuitt,a~ynrela~}2City c°ntributi°n t° $250 per re°nth f°r health and hfe ~nsurance' <br />Motion eairie~ Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson and <br />Zimmerm~ n. ~oting No: None.
