NCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA f The City of Rjamsey ordains: SECTION ~. This OrdinanCe b~omes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after publication according to law. ; rr SECTION iL /~M'ENDMENT Chapter 2 of t~e Clty Code is amended to read as follows: 2.01.01 :Me. etings. ~ $,ubd. 1. Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the City Council; shall be held on th.~ second and fourth Tuesdays of each calendar month at 7:30 P.M. Any regular meetings faIlihg U~on a legal holiday shall be held on the next following business da), at the ~ame time and pla~e i ['AIl me'~tings shall be held at the Ramsey Municipal Center, the Ramse Elementary S~hool or such other pubhc locanon as des~ated by the C~t3, Council. i SUbd. 2. Special Meetings. Special meetings of the eouncil may be called by the mayor br afl3' two members of the council by written notice filed with the City Clerk. Each council rn'ern~,er :~hall receive at least 2zl hour notice of such meetint. If that council member cannot be rotund a written notice of such meeting shall be left at th~ council member's home. Special meetings ;~ay be held without prior written notice or when all council members are present at the meetin~or cbnsent thereto in writin_,,. Such consent shall be filed with the City Clerk prior to the beginning~Of tile meeting.
