The offices of the Authority shall be the <br />Senior Citiz~t~-u' Center. <br /> : <br /> <br /> ARTICLE II - OFFICERS <br /> <br /> Seetio~n 1~ - ~. The officers of the Authority shall be a President, <br />Vice-Presid¢ig, 8 ~reagurer, an Assistant Treasurer and a Secretary. The President shall preside at all meetings of the <br />Board. The Vice-President shall perform the duties of the <br />President in ~e ~ibsence or incapacit)' of the President and, in case of the resignation or <br />d~th of the P/efflUent, the Vice-President shall perform such duties as are imposed on the <br />President untilisu~h firr~ as thc Board shall sct~t a new President. <br /> <br /> Secfioa 4: Secretary. The Secreta~' shall keep minutes of all meetings of the <br />Board and Shall ~ntain all r~ords of the Author/tv.
