CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />.¢ <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Friday, November 8, 1991 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor J ames Gilbenson <br />Councilmember S heila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Pemrson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None, <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />City Council consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #t: <br /> <br />Consider introduction of ordinance amending non-conforming use <br />section of zoning code regulating adult uses. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to introduce the <br />ordinance amending non-conforming use section of the zoning code regulating adult uses. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers, Beyer, Hardin and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case #2: Inclement weather policy <br /> <br />Bv consensus the City Council determined that we should make payment to employees for the <br />November 1, 1991 inclement weather day and that employees should use comp or vacation time if <br />the facility is open in the future and cannot t~rive at work.
