He stated this is being <br /> introduced toith~ "-Park and Recreation Commission to help formulate the 1993 Parks Capital <br /> Improvement Plafiand begin the five-year parks plan. <br /> <br /> Ways to prio .~z~ park development were discussed such as the amount of park development in the <br /> district, the na!urt~i~'(resoumes, demographics and the asset value. <br /> Case #4: i R~wew the Park and Recreation Commission Capital Improvements <br /> !P~ogram (C.I.P.) <br /> <br /> Parks/Utilities C~ordinator Boos stated he has some lengthy visual aids for this case and due to <br /> time constrainis, ~ked that it be tabled until the next meeting. <br /> CO MMIs$IO Ni INPUT <br /> Mayor Gilbext~. o~ ~commented that this joint meeting was very helpful for the Council to be more <br /> informed aboui where park development is in the City. <br /> <br /> Councilmemb~r Zimmerman complimented the Park and Recreation Commission on what a "good <br /> group of Co oners they are. <br /> <br /> Commissione~,[S(Vokowski extended a thank you to the Council and also to City Administrator <br /> Schroeder for the~ ~tttendance and time. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Colnn~issioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Swokowski to adjourn the <br /> meeting. : ,. <br /> <br /> Motion carrie~,i ~oting Yes: Chairperson Hetland, Commissioners Johnson, Swokowski, Cook, <br /> Florentius, Gobldfl land Prall.
