CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 1992 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Police Chief Michael Auspos <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve the <br />agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #12: Pending Litigations (Closed) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson adjourned the regular City Council meeting at 7:43 in order to conduct the <br />following public hearings: <br /> <br />1) On-sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license request of Great Scot Golf, Inc. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Improvement Project #92-12 (bituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. <br />Francis boulevard N.W. to its eastern terminus) <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson turned the public hearings over to Councilmember Peterson as well as Case 4/1 <br />and #2. Mayor Gilbertson left the Council Chambers at this time. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:47 p.m. <br /> <br />City Council/June 23, 1992 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
