Absent: Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: On-sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License Request; Case of <br /> Great Scot Golf, Inc. <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that Great Scot Golf, Inc. has applied for an on-sale and Sunday <br />intoxicating liquor license at 9400 - 153rd Avenue N.W. The establishment is located at the golf <br />course and will be in the clubhouse. The required documents have been submitted and the license <br />fee has been paid. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to grant an on-sale and <br />Sunday intoxicating liquor license to Great Scot Golf, Inc. effective July 1, 1992. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin, Peterson and Zimmerman~ Voting <br />No: None. Abstain: Mayor Gilbertson <br /> <br />Case #2: Liquor and Beer License Renewals <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that J.R.'s Saloon and Food, Lally's on Ten, The Super Bowl and <br />McDuffs Eatery and Pub have applied for renewal of their on-sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor <br />licenses. He added that all the establishments have submitted the necessary fees and documents <br />and he is recommending approval of the license renewals. <br /> <br />Chief Auspos stated that M & L Liquors, Ralph's Hi-10 Liquors and Ramsey Warehouse Liquor <br />have applied for renewal of their off-sale intoxicating liquor licenses. He stated these <br />establishments have also submitted the necessary fees and documents. However, Ralph's Hi-10 <br />Liquors was asked to conform to City Code requirement for a minimum of 4,000 square feet of <br />retail/storage area by constructing an exterior fenced storage area. The addition of the exterior <br />fenced storage area was to have been completed by June 30, 1992 and, to date, that has not been <br />accomplished. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to approve <br />Ralph's Hi-10 Liquors request for renewal of their off-sale intoxicating liquor license contingent <br />upon meeting all requirements of City Code and upon the Zoning Administrator's approval of the <br />exterior fenced storage area. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
