ADOPT-A-PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. The gr°~p agrees to pick-up litter in the requested/assigned City park at <br /> lea~ (!~) times over a one year period. <br />2. The ~r~0up shall pick-up litter during daylight hours only. <br />3. The ~r~Up shall provide adequate supervision to participants eighteen <br /> ye&r~ 0~i age or younger on sate at all times during the clean-up project. <br /> <br />4. The ~r~p shall arrange litter pick-up date(s) at least one week in <br /> adva$ce~ ~£th the Parks and Recreation Department. The group shall obtain <br /> the£~ean-up materials {trash bags) during regular business hours, which <br /> are ~ a.m. - 4~30 p.m. Monday - Friday. <br /> <br />5. The/grip shall place filled trash bags at a prearranged pick-up point at <br /> each~ p~k. Groups are encouraged to recycle appropriate materials for <br /> thel~ ~n benefit. <br /> <br />6. Borrgwed or unused supplies shall be returned to the Parks and Recreation <br /> Department office within a week. <br /> <br />7. Grou~siWishlng to Oversee the planting projects in the adopted park should <br /> prearrange the tree pick-up and planting location with the Parks and <br /> Recr~a~ion Director. <br /> <br />The Parks and.. Recreation Department agrees ~o.' <br /> <br />1. P~o~£de trash bags, safety training materials and temporary traffic <br /> war~!ing~ 8igns when necessary ae determined by the Parks and Recreation <br /> DepOnent. <br /> <br />2. Arrange to remove filled trash bags from the adopted park. <br /> <br />3. Arr&~g~.i to remove large, heavy or hazardous material from the ad~-pted <br /> par~. ~ <br /> <br />4.
