In Minnesota, almost <br /> ~AWCON funds have been provided for over 1,100 projects in <br /> [yhundreds of cities and townships throughout the state. The <br /> :[ted by revenues from offshore otl leases and sale of surplus fed- <br /> not cost additional tax dollars and has left an important legacy <br /> ~lons. In recent years the allocations available to local govern- <br /> Idrastically reduced.
