CASE # 2 <br /> <br /> PROPOSE~ AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9.12 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE <br /> I ~ REGARDING SIGNS <br /> i' [ By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> ! <br /> <br />Background,'~ <br /> <br />As you know,[!h~r~ has been an effort over the past year between the Economic Development <br />Commission, me ~anning and Zoning Commission and City Staff to draft a new sign ordinance. <br />That ordinanc~ h~ been drafted and members of City Staff have received copies for review and <br />input. The pu[blil hearing was scheduled and Staff made the best effort possible to notify the <br />business corn~Un! ~' of the proposed amendments to the sign ordinance. Copies of the most recent <br />version of :th~ di .ft ordinance were supplied to the members of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission a~di ~e Economic Development Commission.
