The Zomng Administrator or Building Off~ieial may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false statement or fmi~presentation of fact in the application. ~tI~UNDS AND PENALTIES ~f aq issued permit is withdrawn by the applicant within 90 days of issuance, and if ~o inspections have been made and no work authorized by the permit has been refunded to effbrmed, 50% of the permit fee may be the applicant. ~ p~rmit issued by the Zoning Administrator becomes null and void if work is ~gip~ nded or abandoned or not completed within 180 days of issuance, but may be : ~eiflatated with an additional payment of one-half of the original fee. [Any~ s~gn installed or placed on any property prior to receipt of a permit, the ~pe~}fied permit fee shall be doubled. However, the payment of the doubled fee ~h~i~ not relieve any person of any other requirement or penalties prescribed in this fSe~t~on. iAIJMINISTRATION - ~l'he!Zoning Administrator an~ Eu[!~'~ng ©ffizial shall process applications for pe~its. The Building Official is empowered, upon presentation of proper ~cre~t,' ~ntials, to enter or inspect any building, structure, or premises in the City for ~h~l~urpose of mspecnon of a s~gn and ~ts structural and electrical connecnons to ~ns~e compliance with all applicable codes and ordinances.
