Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-06- <br /> <br />APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO CONSTR-'~CT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LARGER THAN <br />ALLOWED BY CITY CODE ON PIN 01-32-25-22-0006 <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure not to exceed <br />1,070 square feet on the property generally known as 17958 Fluorine Street N.W. and <br />legally described as Lot 1, Block 6, Ford Brook Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be compatible in appearance with the principal structure <br />on the property. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br />necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shaI1 have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the ~ day of .., 1992. <br /> <br />Mr. Brian Sohns hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that he has reviewed the <br />conditions of this permit and has a~eed that he will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
