Councilmember its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION #92-06- APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTR-'~CT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LARGER THAN ALLOWED BY CITY CODE ON PIN 01-32-25-22-0006 That this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure not to exceed 1,070 square feet on the property generally known as 17958 Fluorine Street N.W. and legally described as Lot 1, Block 6, Ford Brook Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be compatible in appearance with the principal structure on the property. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shaI1 have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ~ day of .., 1992.
