Place on a subsequent Council agenda. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission recommended that City Council <br />adopt the proposed ordinance amending Section 9.11.19, <br />Subd. 3, Paragraph b of the City Code entitled "Adult <br />Uses-Principal". Place on subsequent Council agenda for <br />adoption. Note that Mr. Tigue, Attorney for Mr. Holmberg <br />suggesled repealing the paragraph that deals with <br />amortizalion and that the P&Z Commission doesn't wish to <br />initiate this amendment - and stated that Council could <br />deal with it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that there has still been no <br />response to the P&Z Commission's request to review in- <br />house projects. I have sent Staff directions to both Ryan <br />and Steve requesting a response to the P&Z Commission. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission reviewed the findings of fact <br />relating to Mr. Daniel Brehm's request for a variance to <br />construct accessory structures nearer the front property <br />line.., and made the following amendments: #13: "That <br />the variance is necessary for the preservation of a <br />substantial property right . . ." #14: "That if granted, <br />the variance will not grant the Applicant any special <br />privilege . . ." #15: "That if granted, the variance will <br />not be materially detrimental " #16: "That if <br />granted, the variance will not substantially increase the <br />congestion of public streets ....
