Trucks are not unloaded on the stre~t~i They may be unloaded on the driveway area in view of somebodY l! o~ ; the street. Material do~S[~ot fall off the trucks coming into the site. The trucks hav~[it~veled many miles. If any material were to fall off, which is Un~ly, it would have fallen off miles earlier. 6. The fire w~ ~¢alled in by the owner of the company. The problem was cause~ ~i~he flammable parts of a dismantled bus eom±rig con~act w~gh $~arks from a curt±rig torch. This s±tuat±on would no~ happen ~a~¢!i~ecause the applicant has put more d±stance between the internal ~sassembly and the ~urt±n~ o' the bus body. ;' Th±8 ±ne±doh~,!~opor~ was not prepared By an employee of Danny's and does nog accurately reflect what happoned. T~!~livery truck would not fit into the site, so the load was dumpedl ~tside of the fence. Immediately, employees began moving the ~mlgertals inside the building. This was done ~ust as fast as th~::~td loaders could move it. 9. Allega%~ of Smoke made by Glen Bertram. The white '~a°ke" was due to steam ar±s±n~ from hot metal parts ±n contact wi~ ~ain water.
