He stated that the trucks from Danny's Tranny at the <br />above listed add~e,ms· ~: are unloading on the street. Items are falling off and they are <br />not policing thei s~:eet area good enough. I advised the compl that this would fall under <br />the zoning and cbnditional use ord. and I would see that the code enforcement section <br />of the city was ~o.~ified. <br /> <br />After clearing ~t~he Phone call I went to Steve Lutmer's office and spoke with Steve. I <br />advised him o~ tihe ~complaint. He was aware of the problem and is handling it. It appears <br />that some of th~ p~Oblem stems from customers having to wait in line and that with the <br />load rescrictio~ ~Urrently inplace Danny's Tranny may not be able to get product moved <br /> : k' <br />off the lot to ~a e room for incoming trucks. <br /> <br />Referred to otb ~r agency.
