Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-01-030 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON OUTLOT F <br />BROOKFIELD FIRST ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, 21' Century Bank, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a <br />vacation of drainage and utility easements on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Outlot F, Brookfield First Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on December 8, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application for Sketch Plan, <br />Preliminary Plat and Final Plat from the Applicant to re -plat the Subject Property into a buildable lot and <br />dedicate new drainage and utility easements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants the vacation of the following described drainage and <br />utility easement: <br />All drainage and utility easements lying over, under and across Outlot F Brookfield First <br />Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota as delineated and <br />dedicated on said Brookfield First Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember Williams <br />
