Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND RETAIL SALES IN THE B-3 HIGHWAY <br /> BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />On ,1992, a conditional use permit was issued to William C. Dubats to establish <br />professional' offices and retail sales as permitted uses in the B-3 Highway Business District on the <br />property generally known as 6740 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The establishment of professional offices and enclosed retail activity on the <br />premises shall be permitted. <br /> <br />The fee title owner of the subject property shall be responsible for providing a <br />number and design of off-street parking spaces in accordance with City Code <br />requirements for the uses on the property, whatever they may be at the time the off- <br />street par-king provisions are reviewed. At such time as expansion of the off-street <br />parking area is necessary, all existing off-street parking surfaces shall be retofitted <br />with curbing in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That an,',, expansion or enlargement of the structures on the subject property shall <br />require application for a new conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the fee title owner shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred <br />administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time. upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the ~ day of . 1992. <br /> <br />William C.
