Subdivision - Design Standards <br /> <br />§ 9.50.30 <br /> <br />In the event that park dedication requirements were met through the <br />use of a fee per dwelling unit or based on the value of the <br />improvement, additional park dedication shall be made for each new <br />lot created under resubdivision. <br /> <br />The park dedication fee shall be based on the specified contribution <br />per dwelling unit for residential properties resulting from the <br />resubdivision. <br /> <br />Subd. 1.
