Councitmeml~er ' <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT, B~SI~D ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , FOR THE EXPANSION OF A <br />CABINET ~AiNUFACTURING OPERATION IN THE B-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />On ; ,~ ,1992, a conditional use permit was issued to Ron Danner to expand the <br />cabinet manut~actUting facility in the B-1 Business District on the property generally known as <br />16735 Quieks~iv~r[S~eet N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The north ;200.0 feet of the west 187.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, <br /> accord~ngt0 the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit isiissu~d pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perp~tual~in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of ~. is;rPermit are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. 'The manufacturing of cabinets shall be permitted on the subject premises. <br /> !HOwever, no manufacturing shall be permitted within the accessory structures on <br /> the Yproperty unless they are upgraded to comply with the Uniform Building Code <br /> : for the type of occupancy. <br /> <br /> 2. '., Thi~ conditional use permit shall be contingent upon compliance with the terms of <br /> ~th.~,Site Plan Development Permit issued for the approved site plan drawn, the <br /> i'cetlifieate of survey drawn by Caine & Associates dated September 14, 1992, and <br /> i: the'architectural plans drawn by Graphic Design Architects dated September 29, <br /> 1992. <br /> <br /> 3. There shall be no exterior storage of mater/als and equipment. <br /> <br /> 4. ~ That off-street par-king shall be provided for at all times in accordance with City <br /> i COde requirements. <br /> <br /> 5. ~That any future expansions or enlargements of the subject facility shall require <br /> · application for a new conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> 6. That the fee title owner of the subject property shall be responsible for ail City, costs <br /> "incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use Permit. <br /> <br /> 7. Th~ City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the fight to inspect the premises <br /> i f°r compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br /> ire-quest. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The motion fgr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote bein~ taken thereon, the followin~ voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
