Mr. Danner <br />has also applie~ f6~a conditional use permit to expand this use in the B-1 Dismct. <br /> <br />With the actdit[on~f the storage building, the facility remains to be in compliance with the 35% lot <br />coverage reqtfir~nent. The proposed location of the structure on the lot meets all required <br />setbacks.
