Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION #92-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO MAINTAIN A MAXIMUM OF TWO HORSES AND CONSTRUCT A METAL <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7903 157TH <br />AVENUE N.W. (PIN 16-32-25-33-0004) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution 4/92-11- _ adopting Findings <br />of Fact 4/ for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1992, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to J. Joseph and Kristie Weinmann ("Permit Holder") to maintain a maximum of <br />two (2) horses and construct a metal accessory structure on the property generally known as 7903 <br />157th Avenue N,W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Sorteber= s 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this <br />permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br />complied with. <br /> <br />2. A maximum of two (2) horses may be maintained on the subject property. <br /> <br />The accessory structure proposed to house the animals shall be a standard wood <br />frame construction and shall be sited and constructed on the subject property in <br />accordance with the site plan dated received by the City on October 5, 1992 and the <br />building plans consisting of four (4) sheets and dated September 20, 1992, except <br />that the bu/lding height shall not exceed twenty-two (22) feet. <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of horse related equipment and supplies or <br />business related equipment and supplies on the subject property. <br /> <br />There shall be no commercial actMty conducted in the accessory structure other <br />than to provide indoor storage space for the Permittee's business supplies. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall erect a 5 to 6 foot high fence consisting of 14 guage welded <br />wire with a 2"x4" mesh. Any deviation from the fence standards shall require prior <br />approval of the City Zoning Administrator. The fence shall be maintained at a <br />snmctural level adequate to contain the horses on the property. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for removing manure accummulations from the <br />subject property at least once a month dtmng the spr/ng, summer and fall months. <br /> <br />The City Adminis~ator, or his designee, shall have the fight to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br /> <br />
