Recommendation: <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the request for a conditional use permit contingent upon the site plan <br />being modified to eliminate the 4-vehicle display area adjacent to the driveway; reducing the <br />number of vehicles allowed for display in the front yard to 2 providing a landscape plan is <br />submitted, reviewed and accepted by the City Engineer; moving the 3-vehicle holding area north <br />onto the paved area south of the building; increasing the paved area south of the building to <br />accommodate a holding area for 3 R.V.'s; paving vehicle display area on the east side of the <br />property; providing landscape plans for the front yard and the area west of the driveway; <br />providing curbing on the pavement perimeters. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council adopt Findings of Fact # relating to a request from <br />Dalles R.V. World, Inc. for an outside display area at 7103 Hwy. #10 N.W. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council deny/approve the request from Dales R.V.
