World, Inc. for a conditional :us~p~i'mit to establish an outdoor display/sales area in the B-3 Business District at 7103 } wy. #1 0 S.rw. BE IT RESD~¥ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA CO~JNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the findings of fact relating to the request ~lrei~ietermined to be as follows: 1. That Dhll~ R.V. World, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant", properly applied for a ~n~ttional use permit to have an outdoor display/sales area for a recreational equipn~nt; ~ales lot. 2. That the APplicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearin~ ptlesuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on November 5, 1992 and that s~ PUblic hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby' incorporated by reference. 3.
