Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #92-11- <br /> <br /> RESOLU~I'ION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A <br /> REQUI~,S~i FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT F-F-O--R AN OUTDOOR <br /> DI~SP~AY/SALES AREA IN THE B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, '[:th~ City of Ramsey received an application from Dalles R.V. World, Inc. for a <br />conditional :us~p~i'mit to establish an outdoor display/sales area in the B-3 Business District at <br />7103 } wy. #1 0 S.rw. <br />BE IT RESD~¥ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA CO~JNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the findings of fact relating to <br />the request ~lrei~ietermined to be as follows: <br /> <br />1. That Dhll~ R.V. World, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant", properly applied <br /> for a ~n~ttional use permit to have an outdoor display/sales area for a recreational <br /> equipn~nt; ~ales lot. <br /> <br />2. That the APplicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public <br /> hearin~ ptlesuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on November 5, 1992 and <br /> that s~ PUblic hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing <br /> are hereby' incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3.
