Perf~ Stan~ § 9.10 <br /> <br /> b. Pareelz of Land Greater Than One Acre and Less Than 2-1/2 <br /> Acres. On parcels of land greater than one acre and less than <br /> two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, no single accessory <br /> structure shall exceed 800 square feet in size. In the event that <br /> the attached or detached garage located on the same parcel <br /> land does not exceed 864 square feet, the accessory suwacture may <br /> include the difference between the square footage of the attached <br /> or detached garage and 864 square feet. tn no event shM1 the total <br /> square footage of the attached or detached garage and the <br /> accessory structure exceed 1,664 square feet on any parcel of land <br /> greater than one acre and less than two and one-half (2-1/2) acres <br /> in size. <br /> <br /> On parcels of land greater than one acre and less than two and <br /> one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, the accessory structure and/or <br /> attached or detached garage shall be built with the same type <br /> construction mater/als and shall have the same general desigm <br /> and exterior facing finish as that of the principal structure <br /> located on the parcel. <br /> <br />c. Parcels of Land 2-1/2 Acres and Greater. On parcels of land two <br /> and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, accessory structures shall not <br /> exceed 1,200 square feet. On parcels of land greater than two and <br /> one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, accessory structures may be an <br /> additional 400 square feet in size for each full or partial acre that <br /> the parcel exceeds two and one half (2-1/2) acres.
