§9~0~2 <br /> <br />B-2 Business~ <br /> <br />9.20.22 B-2 Bu~in~ District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision l. Intent: To accommodate certain restricted business <br />uses to act as a transition between intense nonresidential districts and residential <br />districts. These uses are to provide ser~ces and goods only for the surrounding <br />neighborhoods and are not intended to draw customers from the entire <br />community. <br /> <br /> Sub(L2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Offices and banks. <br /> <br />requirements and <br /> <br />b. Personal and professional services. <br /> <br />c. Medical clinics. <br /> <br />d. Barber shops. <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />Beauty parlors. <br /> <br />Essential services. <br /> <br />Convenience grocery stores (not supermarket type and without <br />motor fuel facilities). <br /> <br />h. Laundromat, self-service washing and drying. <br /> <br /> Sub(l 8. Accessory Uses: The following are permitted accessory uses <br />in a B-2 District: <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings' and structures for a use <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of <br />the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking as regulated by this Chapter, but not including <br />sen~-trai]er trucks. <br /> <br />Off-street loading as regulated by this Chapter. <br />Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> Subch 4. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a. Convenience Store with Gasoline: Grocery and/or food <br /> operations, with convenience gas (no vehicle service or repair), <br /> provided that: <br /> <br /> 1.
