Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />1. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Thursday, March 23, <br />2012, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember Randy Backous <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jason Tossey <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />City Administrator Kurds Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 8:30 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br />4. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />4.01: Consider the Introduction of an Ordinance Authorizing the City of Ramsey to <br />Convey its interest in a Property (Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center Fifth <br />Addition) <br />Deputy Administrator Nelson reviewed the staff report and indicated if the ordinance is <br />introduced tonight, it would be considered for adoption at the March 27, 2012, Council meeting. <br />She noted the Mayor called this special meeting to introduce such ordinance and such special <br />meeting was posted. <br />Special City Council Meeting / March 23, 2012 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
