3. CITIZEN INPUT
<br />State Representative Abigail Whelan congratulated the newly elected Councilmembers and
<br />stated she looks forward to working with the City on its projects including Highway 10 and the
<br />Armstrong Boulevard interchange. Representative Whelan offered her assistance and announced
<br />the opportunity to attend a Listening Session on February 2, 2015.
<br />Councilmember Riley wished Representative Whelan a happy birthday.
<br />Mayor Strommen recognized and thanked former State Representative Jim Abeler for his service
<br />to Ramsey.
