Section 26 -858. Restrictions. <br />(a) No business required to be licensed under this Article shall employ any person <br />who has not attained eighteen (18) years of age. <br />(b) No business required to be licensed under this Article shall use or employ as a <br />massage therapist any person unless that person has a current license to perform <br />massage services under this Article. <br />(c) No business required to be licensed under this Article shall permit a member <br />of the public to enter or remain inside the business between the hours of 10:00 <br />p.m. and 8 a.m. <br />(d) No business required to be licensed under this Article, or any person owning, <br />operating, or managing such a business, shall knowingly cause, allow, or permit in <br />or about such premises any agent, employee, or any other person under his or her <br />control or supervision to perform acts that would violate Section 34 -163 of the <br />Code of the City of Ramsey, which prohibits lewd conduct. <br />(e) No business required to be licensed under this Article, or any person owning, <br />operating, or managing such a business, shall knowingly cause, allow, or permit in <br />or about such premises any agent, employee, or any other person under his or her <br />control or supervision to sell, give, dispense, provide or keep or cause to be sold, <br />given, dispensed, provided, or kept any alcoholic beverage on the premises. <br />(f) No massage therapist required to be licensed under this Article shall perform <br />massage services unless his or her private areas, including buttocks, genitals, and <br />female breasts, are fully and completely covered by opaque and nontransparent <br />clothing. <br />(g) No massage therapist required to be licensed under this Article shall perform <br />any massage services on any person receiving massage services while the person <br />receiving massage services does not have his or her buttocks, genitals, and female <br />breasts covered with an appropriate opaque and nontransparent covering. <br />(h) No business required to be licensed under this Article shall allow, permit, or <br />cause any violations of the preceding two subparts of this section, nor shall any <br />business required to be licensed under this Article allow any other person to enter <br />or remain in the business in any capacity unless his or her private areas, including <br />buttocks, genitals, and female breasts, are fully and completely covered by opaque <br />and nontransparent clothing. <br />13 <br />
