Councilmember Rileyintroduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-01-022 <br />RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING COUNCILMEMBER JASON TOSSEY FOR HIS <br />SERVICE TO THE CITY OF RASMEY <br />WHEREAS, Jason Tossey was elected to the Ramsey City Council Ward 3 seat in <br />November 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Tossey officially took office in January 2011 and served the City <br />through December 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Tossey chose not to run for Council re-election in 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey extends a thank you to Mr. Tossey for his dedicated <br />service to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of this resolution has been presented to Jason Tossey in recognition <br />for his service as Councilmember Ward 3 in the City of Ramsey. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby commends and thanks Jason Tossey for his dedicated service <br />as Councilmember Ward 3 for the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember LeTourneu <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
