Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 14 -12 -256 <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE <br />EVALUATION <br />WHEREAS, a one year, 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator for September 2013 September 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on November 25, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Ulrich reviewed the current status of the balanced scorecard as <br />compared to the City's defined metrics and goals; and <br />WHEREAS, after discussions about the City Administrator's interactions with the <br />Council, staff, and the public, it was the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Ulrich's <br />performance has been remarkable and is well aligned to advance the City's Strategic Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich's <br />performance evaluation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Adopt resolution 914-12-256 accepting Mr. Kurt Ulrich's performance evaluation for the <br />time period of September 2013 through September 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Tossey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
