Council member Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-08-224 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with Rum River Dental Creations, a Minnesota Corporation, on ,2003; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to Rum <br />River Dental Creations is platted as Lot 1, Block 3, Sunfish Lake Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of <br /> <br />,2003. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Mim~esota as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Lot 1, Block 3, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Mim~esota, <br />may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the , <br />2003 Contract for Private Development between the City and Rum River Dental <br />Creations. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessmy <br />documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councihnember Zirmnerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the salne: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
