Council member Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 03-08-225 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br /> BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIY <br />Agreement") with Cabinetry Concepts, Inc, a Milmesota Corporation (the "Corporation"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the TIY Agreement requires conveyance of Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, to the Corporation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the TEF between <br /> the City and Cabinetry Concepts, Inc. <br /> <br />2) That the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary <br /> documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Kurak <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
