Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-03-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTON ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-29, MSA <br />STREETS IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat on September 23, 2003 for <br />Ramsey Town Center Addition which requires a public improvement project consisting of <br />bituminous surfacing, drainage improvements, sanitary sewer, watermain and miscellaneous <br />improvements on Sunwood Drive from Ramsey Boulevard to Armstrong Boulevard and <br />Rhinestone Street from Sunwood Drive to Bunker Lake Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for Improvement Project #0%29 have been <br />prepared by Hakanson Anderson. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The plans and specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted <br /> and; <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by councilmember <br />__, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 9th day of March 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-03-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
