At the March 9, 2004 meeting of the City Council staff will be seeking Council <br />approval on contract provisions for both AFSCME and LELS. In light of the fact that <br />negotiations with the City's labor unions have ended, staffwould like to establish benefits <br />and wages for non-represented employees. <br /> <br />Staff is requesting City Council approval of the following provisions for non-represented <br />employees: <br /> <br />Wages: <br /> <br />2004-3% plus applicable step increases <br /> <br />Insurance: <br /> <br />Single: $313.25 <br />Family: $598 Jan-Feb 2004 <br />Family: $563 Mar-Dec 2004 <br /> <br />Committee Recommendation: <br /> <br />Recommend that City Council approve the above listed wage and benefit provisions for <br />non-represented City employees. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br />City Administrator <br />Assistant City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />PC 03-09-04 <br /> <br /> <br />
