This year's program calls for an overlay project <br />within l!-,c t.~t~l~ River Estates subdivision, ~ 04-14. This project was noted to be <br />somcv.,h;t': k:q~i(ltle in that the benefited properties included a mix of uses which included <br />single/i.~n ~il y ~'csidcnces, townhomes and the golf course and raised a question as to the <br />proper n~ct!~e~! Ibr assessing the townhomes.
