You <br />may rc~:ail ii,at, in November, the Committee reviewed similar policies and ordinances <br />fi'om twelve nc trby communities. At that meeting it was apparent that the River Falls <br />model w~s. kh,~: :, nest comprehensive of those reviewed. At the January meeting the River <br />Falls pt~tic ;~ wa~; dra rtcd fbr inclusion into section 9.11.01 of our city code. However, prior <br />to l'cco~q31rtk~ll.(li Ig introduction of the proposed ordinance, the Committee requested that <br />staff' show il t{~ impact of the tri angle on adjacent properties in circumstances which <br />typically n ~i;~i~l be fimnd in the city. <br /> <br />Attach(~(l t:) il~iy: t;astz is a figure which illustrates areas of private properties which would <br />be imp:~c:ic,t ~,,; ~. result of adopting this ordinance. This ordinance would have the greatest <br />impact ()~ cc3~ ~,',r lots in which the intersecting streets are uncontrolled (no stop <br />condititms).
