Recently a "For Sale by Owner" sign appeared on <br />the Bal<t~si~ i't,.)?~.~'ty and this prompted action by the EDA. The EDA made a recommendation <br />to atzquirc li~,- ?rt p~'rty by direct negotiations, and to use condemnation as a last resort. The <br />i, roperty iv: i~ '1 ~: I~mrcmcnt Financing District No. 2, which is a redevelopment district. Money <br />has bccn i')i'¢:~.'~¢}tt~;ly budgeted ibr the acquisition of properties in need of redevelopment within <br />TIF Distric'i I'lc,. ;;.
