<br />with tha! l~uw mlixii~dsion. During the approval process for this subdivision residents adjacent to
<br />this pr¢>l](,.~;¢xl il;l:[ stated their opposition to a trail adjoining their backyards, and it was
<br />dete;'minc¢l ill,it :t sidewalk would be installed in front of their homes instead (along the north
<br />side el' 14:? i um:~. In addition, a sidewalk will be installed along the north side of 146th Avenue
<br />in Thc Vill:~.?- ~:>i~ ;-;ul~fish Lake. [t will be necessary to place sidewalk past three existing homes
<br />on thc no~ tl~ :;i,tc of~ 140th Avenue in the Chestnut Hill 2nd Addition to connect The Village of
<br />Still fish ] ~[~t: :-;i~ I cx',,:lll~ to lhe existing sidewalk on Potassium Street.
