DIqCUSSION <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />I ,i q tm.~' ( lu 'din ance <br /> <br />City Attorauy (i~x,dricl~ explained that City staff has been in the process of updating/amending <br />thc liquor licc~u;in:; section of the City Code. Currently the City has sections 751,752, and 753 <br />in (;ity ('.(.xh: I~, ~:,,ve~' non-intoxicating and intoxicating on and off sales. The goal of the new <br />ordinance i.~ tr> str2:amline all three existing ordinances into one ordinance. The new ordinance <br />was written basud off' a model ordinance from the League of Minnesota Cities. Mr. Goodrich <br />reviewed thu ,;~[n c:,n liquor licenses and the fees associated with those licenses, noting that all of <br />that inlk)rnntiimt x~ ould be incorporated into the ordinance.
