Ramsey Fire Department <br /> Activity Report for January 2004 <br /> <br />Emergency Response <br /> <br />The Ramsey Fire Department responded to a total of 43 calls during the month of <br />January. The breakdown between fire and rescue is listed below. Also attached <br />is a graph listing the January activity. <br /> <br />January Fire Related 34 <br /> Rescue/Personal Injury 9 <br /> <br />Note that January's activity included 3 calls in Burns Township. Most <br /> were taken care of by Emergency Apparatus. <br />· Inside dually tire on Engine #1 was repaired by Wright Tire. <br />· Generator on Engine #1 was repaired by city mechanic. <br />· Opticom on Tanker #2 was sent out, repaired and received back. <br />° Ordered 45 gallons of Class A foam. <br />° Ordered replacement rope for all extension ladders. <br /> <br />SCBA's <br /> <br />Ail batteries changed in masks and harnesses. <br /> <br />Turnout Gear <br /> <br />new sets of turnout gear have been ordered and waiting for arrival. <br /> <br /> <br />
