extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in <br />writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related <br />accessory structures in accordance with City Code and no further building permits for <br />additional residential structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is <br />replatted in accordance with City Code and access is provided via a public road improved to <br />City standards. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any <br />accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the orderly <br />resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting this <br />variance acknowledge that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br />property to be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />5. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br /> Recorder. <br /> <br />6. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Johnson <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Shepherd <br />Board Member Van Scoy <br />Board Member Watson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 2nd day of October, 2003. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-10-271 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
