Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. o The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related accessory structures in accordance with City Code and no further building permits for additional residential structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is replatted in accordance with City Code and access is provided via a public road improved to City standards. The Permittees shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the orderly resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting this variance acknowledge that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject property to be subdivided in the future. 5. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County Recorder. 6. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairperson Nixt Board Member Johnson Board Member Brauer Board Member Shepherd Board Member Van Scoy Board Member Watson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 2nd day of October, 2003.
