Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:04 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Zimmerman to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION TO SWEAR IN NEW OFFICER BRAD BLUML <br /> <br />Police Chief Way introduced Brad Bluml as a new patrol officer for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich swore in Brad Bluml as a new officer in the City of Rarnsey. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION OF ACE SOLID WASTE CONTRIBUTION TO LOCAL PARKS IN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY-2004 CONTRIBUTION-S1,620.00 <br /> <br />Julie Rosenberg, ACE Solid Waste Customer Service Manager, stated that they are co~runitted to <br />make monthly check donations to the City parks based on their new customers in the City.
