Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04,03- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME GUNSMITHING SHOP ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 15511 BASALT STILE. ET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-03- adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOI~E BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOICA COUNTY,' STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On March ~'' <br /> ,2, 2004, a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to James Corolewski ("Permittee") for a home occupation to establish a gunsmithing <br />shop in the dwelling on the property generally known as 15511 Basalt St. N.W. and legally <br />described as lbllows: <br /> <br />Lot 7, Block 2, High Point Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation o£a gunsmithing shop <br /> within the dwelling on the Subject Property,. <br /> <br />2. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br /> total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />Hours of operation are restricted to 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />10:00 a.m. to Noon on Saturday, and any deviations' from these hours shall be by <br />appointment only. <br /> <br />4. All guns on the Subject Property shall be placed in a secure gun cabinet or secured with a <br /> safety device that prevents the weapon from operating. <br /> <br />5. Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal Lhcilities shall be the responsibility of <br /> tl~e Permittee. <br /> <br />6.
