SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #04-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly in~brming the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-__ to amend Chapter 9.20.25 (Town Center Zoning <br />District ) of the Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to specify the <br />measurement of front yard setbacks and length of driveway for units zoned Town Center. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
