OR~INANCE #04~03 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Tire following legally described prop* erty is hereby rezoned from R-2 Medium Density Residential to B-2 Business: Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, 30 feet south of the intersec- tion of said line with the souther- [y boundary of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence northwesterly and parallel with said highway and 30 feet south- westerly thereof a distance of 200 f~]et; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of the said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 400 feet; thence southeasterly and parallel with U.S. Highway No. 10 a distance of 200 feet to the east line of sfiid Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence north along the east line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 400 feet to point of beginning. Together with an easement for ingress and egress to U.S. Highway No. 10 over and across the 30 foot strip of land between said Highway and the property above described. (the "Subject Property") SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instruct- ed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", whi.ch map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3, EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
