RESOLUTION NO. 78-9 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY~:COUNCIL <br /> <br />The City Council, City of Ramsey, hereby resolves as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the investigation fee as required in Ordinance No. 78-2 <br />Section 130.097 (7) shall be $400 per application. <br /> <br /> 2. That the additional investigation fee as required in Ordinance <br />No. 78-2, Section 130.097 (8) shall be $100. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council this 22nd day of May, 1978. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
